There are three types of membership in the Metuchen Downtown Alliance. Full Members include every business in the Downtown District. Elective Members are those outside of the Downtown District and who would like to become a Full Member. To become an Elective Member a request must be submitted in writing to MDA. Finally, the Affiliate Member category is for businesses outside of the Downtown District that want some of the benefits MDA Full and Elective Members receive.

Affiliate Member Application
All members (full & elective, and affiliate) must have a physical business address & storefront in Metuchen (i.e.: no at-home businesses or P.O. Boxes).

- Metuchen business address and related commercial zoning
- Is business in commercial bricks and mortar location?
- Business purpose
- Proof of licensing or registration
